I actually live on the road! I travel full time in my 4Runner, camping and staying in short-term rentals. I spend most of my time in the Southwestern United States, which is where I specialize in elopement planning and where I host most of my Star Sessions. This generally includes the following states: Utah, Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas, but am truly available to travel anywhere.

Actually, you don’t! With the way the photo process works, you do not have to wait until the stars come out. I take my astro photos in 2 parts. The first is the foreground (with you in it) which is taken during blue hour (dusk). This is so it’s still light enough to be able to get the details of you, but dark enough so that it still looks natural when it is pieced together with the sky later. Then I will wait in the same location until the stars are aligned how I/we want them and take photos of the sky. I piece the two parts together afterwards in photoshop.
I believe this process provides the best of all worlds. It ensures the integrity of the scene stays in tact and allows me to get the best possible photos of you while respecting your time and energy. That being said, if you want to wear your attire all night, you are absolutely welcome! We can even get some fun shots of you in true darkness under the stars, or play around with artificial lighting. Those shots will look different, but they will be special nonetheless.
